Nokia N81 - Image 1The beta period for Nokia’s N-Gage First Access service was concluded a couple of weeks ago, and now the mobile phone company will officially rolling out the N-Gage branded gaming platform in a matter of few days

However, Nokia already opened the N-Gage website a few days ahead of its scheduled launch on April 7. Nokia N series users can begin downloading the application from the site, and try out the games that are being offered before buying them.

Those who are interested in experiencing N-Gage must do the most important thing, of course, and that is to get any of the N-Gage compatible phones, such as the Nokia N81, Nokia N82 and Nokia N95. Other phones from the N series, the N73, N93 and N93i will soon be added to the ranks of handhelds supported by the N-Gage platform.

Once you get your hands on an N-Gage compatible handheld, all you need to do is to download the application directly to your phone or download it from your PC and transfer it to your handheld. Do check out the Official N-Gage site for more information.

It’s been a while since we last heard about Sega’s Iron Man (PS3, PSP, Computer, Xbox 360, DS, Wii), and via this latest Behind the Scenes video update direct from Secret Level, we find out how he’s shaping up in terms of being the one-man army he’s always been. So sit back and relax as we deliver the payload that only a man in a bad-ass robot suit can.

Looking at the video, there’s definitely a lot to say about how Secret Level made Iron look like the robotic armor-toting dude he’s. As the developers themselves explained, it was a difficult process, seeing as Iron Man can do pretty much anything in terms of superpowers. Flight? Check. Super strength? Check. Laser beams? Oh, CHECK.

But from the way Iron Man handles in the gameplay sections of the video, it’s a safe bet that they’ve got everything down - including his habit of catching missiles in mid-air and throwing it somewhere else.

Enjoy the video!

Microsoft Windows] - Image 1According to Bill Gates, Microsoft is going to roll out the next version of their Windows operating system about a year ahead of schedule. Codenamed Windows 7, the upcoming OS is expected to be launched sometime next year, only two years after the launching of Windows Vista instead of the scheduled three-year interval.

However, Microsoft’s spokesperson stated that it is natural for them to introduce a test version of a new operating system a year ahead of its official launch. Gates happened to mention about the impending arrival of Windows 7 during a corporate philanthropy seminar that took place in Inter-American Development Bank in Miami, where we was asked about Vista’s successor.

Windows 7, formerly known as Vienna, was meant to greatly improve existing features in their current operating systems, such as Live Services. Gates intends to provide a functionality through Live Services where users can still use their own desktop settings whatever PC they’re using, whether its a public personal or someone else’s PC.
